How do I change the contact email address for my Joomeo account?

In your Joomeo space, go to “My space”. Click on the pencil next to the email address in the description of your Joomeo space. Enter your new email address in the proper field then click approve.
After you make this change, you will receive an email to confirm and validate the new email address. You will have 5 days to confirm your email address. If you do not confirm your address within these 5 days, your account will be deactivated (all your information will be saved and your account can be reactivated if you send a request to our Support Center).

ATTENTION: the contact email address for Joomeo must be unique, meaning it cannot be used for another Joomeo account, otherwise you will not be able to make this modification.
