I received my order, but one or several photos are poorly printed!

Poor print quality may be due to an insufficient photo or an insufficient print, please verify the quality of your photo (definition, color…).

If the quality of your photo is satisfactory, please contact us by sending an email with the order number, package number as well as a complete description of the prints (e.g.: 10 x 13 print with white borders) and the file name (located on the back of the photo) to the following email address: print@joomeo.com
