I received my order, but one or several photos are missing!

First and foremost return to our interface and check the order and the photos you ordered.

Also please make sure that you have received all packages in your order (an order may be sent in several packages, which may not necessarily all be delivered at the same time).

If this is due to a shipping error on our part, please contact us from the Support Center with the order number, package number as well as a complete description of the prints (e.g.: 10 x 13 print with white borders) and the file name.
