Joomeo becomes Photoweb Cloud
From 15 July 2026, Joomeo will begin its transformation. Your favourite cloud platform is changing its name, logo and address, but your albums, photos, shares and access rights will remain the same.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
A new identity, your memories intact.
You do not need to prepare anything: the transition is automatic and your old Joomeo addresses will redirect to Photoweb Cloud.

Switch-over start date:
15 July 2026
From this date, Photoweb Cloud will be rolled out gradually to replace Joomeo.
Date: from 15 July 2026.
What is changing: the name, logo, website address and interface.
What is not changing: your albums, photos, shares, access rights and subscriptions.
What you need to do: nothing. Redirects will be automatic.
Why this change
Joomeo is joining the wider Photoweb family.

Joomeo has been part of the Photoweb group for several years. Two brands, two interfaces, but the same team and the same commitment to your memories.
By bringing everything together under a single banner, Photoweb Cloud, the aim is to make your experience smoother: the photo you upload to the cloud today could tomorrow become an album to give as a gift, a frame to hang on the wall or a calendar to pop on the fridge.
This move has been carefully prepared so that the transition is clear, reassuring and requires no particular action on your part.
What is changing
Three visible changes from 15 July.
The change concerns the identity and experience, not your content.

The name
Joomeo is gradually becoming Photoweb Cloud. This is the most visible change, and we will support you throughout this period of adjustment.

The website address
The old Joomeo addresses will automatically redirect to the new Photoweb Cloud address. Your bookmarks will continue to work.

The logo and interface
The visual identity is aligning with Photoweb, with a refreshed interface, clearer signposts and the same albums behind it.
What is not changing
Your data is not moving, and neither are your access rights.
In short: your memories are not moving; only the front is getting a refresh.
Your albums and photos
Kept exactly as they are, with no manual migration.
Your sharing links
Private links sent to your loved ones remain valid.
Your login details
No new password to create.
Your subscriptions
Your plan and preferences remain unchanged.
The French team
Still based in Grenoble, with the same contacts.
Privacy
Private albums, restricted shares and visibility options remain in place.
How it works
An automatic transition.
The transition will begin during the night of 14 to 15 July 2026 and will take place gradually. As soon as your region is concerned, your space will automatically switch to the new identity, with no action required on your part.
- Night of 14 to 15 July Launch of the technical switch-over. An invisible and gradual phase during which automatic redirects will be activated.
- Morning of 15 July The new Photoweb Cloud identity will start to appear, and your Joomeo account will be updated as soon as its turn comes in our roll-out schedule.
- After 15 July Our support team will of course remain available to guide you if needed.

A question or concern

Yes. All private links already sent will remain valid after 15 July 2026. They will be automatically redirected to the same albums, at the new Photoweb Cloud address.
Not immediately. Automatic redirects will remain in place over the long term. You can update your bookmarks at your own pace.
Your current plan will remain unchanged on 15 July. Any future changes to the offer will be communicated to you in advance by email.
Our support team can still be reached at the same email address as today. If something does not work as expected, write to us: we will help you through it.

Thank you for your trust.
This name change is not a break: it is a promise that your memories will continue to feel right at home with us, with a clearer identity.
Have a question or concern about this move to Photoweb Cloud? Our French team remains available, just as before. Write to us, and we will take the time to reply.
