Why are videos stored on my Joomeo space not available online even though I’m subscribed to the DYNAMIC offer?

There are several possible reasons:

  • Your video is being published and our servers haven't had enough time to encode it.
  • You are being transferred to the DYNAMIC offer and your videos have not yet been encoded since they are a low priority for encoding, depending on the subscription that you had before. When you transfer to the DYNAMIC offer, videos are moved to a higher priority and should be encoded within 48 hours.
  • We are making the DYNAMIC offer available and it will take several weeks (between 2 and 4) for all videos to be encoded and made available online.
